A.Design specification
l In SMT industry ,the material belts are usually spliced manually in the
traditional production process. Due to lack of experience of the operator, the
quality of work during the contact of the material belts can cause the joints to be
uneven or film lamination so that the machine alarms. In addition, When you
need to work on multiple components at the same time, because of the
operation time is too long to correspond, machine will be stopped working.
l In response to the above problems, we have introduced a new type of
automatic Splice Machine, specifically for the needs of fast replaceing with
non-stop in SMT automatic production line.
B.Working principle
For the same item of the two rolls, the blank of material head and tail be detected
automatically and cutting precisely, automatic docking, automatica double-sided paste with
special splice tape,automatical receiving material,Mechanization replaces labor, innovation
of the traditional manual process to achieve the automated production.
Automated operation, differences of the quality caused by different operators'
experience will not occur, reducing stop running time of the machine, splice
working takes 30 seconds, now it takes 8 seconds. specifically for fast
replaceing with non-stop in SMT automatic production line.Easy operation,
improve splice speed substantially, economize on manpower, improve
production efficiency.

D.Operation step
①When you turn on the switch, the
power indicator light will be on;
②Fasten the cover and standby；
③On the left side, push New Tape,
right into Old Tape, cutting,
automatic splicing;
④Wait for the lid upspring；
⑤Wait for 2 seconds, automatic
withdraw
⑥Manually pick the belt after the
workbench
